The service

Fashion Deals aggregates publicly available product information from fashion brands and presents it in a curated daily deals app with price alerts, wishlist features, and AI-powered style matching.

Your account

We use anonymous Firebase authentication. No email or password required. Your data is tied to a randomly generated ID on your device. If you uninstall the app, your data is deleted.

Acceptable use

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our service
• Do not use automated bots or scripts to interact with the app
• Do not use the app for any illegal purpose
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app's servers or infrastructure

Third-party brands

Fashion Deals is an independent application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by JustFab, ShoeDazzle, Fabletics, or any other brand mentioned in the app. All product names, trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Pricing accuracy

We strive to display accurate pricing but prices change frequently. Always verify the final price on the official brand website before purchase. We are not responsible for pricing discrepancies or products being out of stock.

External links

When you tap "View Deal", you leave Fashion Deals and visit a third-party website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of those external sites.

Advertising

Fashion Deals is free thanks to ads served by Google AdMob. By using the app, you accept that ads may be displayed. You can manage ad personalization via your device settings.

Intellectual property

The Fashion Deals app, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all listed deals are currently active.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fashion Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed deals, pricing errors, or service interruptions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lyon, France.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be notified in the app.
